CRCL Evaluation Report

CRCL is establishing itself as a crucial component of BC’s crisis care ecosystem, with seven teams across the province having responded to approximately 20,000 calls for service since 2023.

In 2024, CMHA BC sought to formally evaluate this provincial model of crisis response, through a one-year period of the then six communities in North & West Vancouver, New Westminster, Victoria, Kamloops, Prince George, and Comox Valley.

This new report, released in June 2026, reflects findings from a first evaluation phase. Learn more about the report, CRCL, and the teams supporting the service.
